Where and How We Ship
We currently offer shipping within the domestic United States.
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $75 and is sent via USPS First Class Mail, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive after the order is processed and shipped.
Expedited shipping services include USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground and are paid by the customer during checkout.
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimated by the mail carriers and are not guarantees. Shipping fees will not be refunded by Naternal if there is any delay in delivery.
Order & Shipping Information
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided at the time of checkout. Please make sure the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate, as we cannot reroute any shipments once they are in transit. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly provided address and suggest that you contact your local mail office or visit their website to intercept or locate the package.
We require 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped from the date in which your order was placed. Currently, our business and shipping days are Monday – Friday, with the exception of some holidays. Any orders placed after 1pm EST on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following week. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information to the email address provided during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We accept product returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return and refund, product(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it. They must also be in the original packaging. To begin the return process, please email info@naternal.com with your order number and specific information about why you would like to return your order for a refund. If your order is within the 30 days of purchase timeframe and your order is approved for a refund, products will need to be returned to our facility at the address below:

A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items to the original method of payment within a couple of days. Refunds will be credited for the total purchase price of returned products. Any shipping fees paid by the customer at the time of their order will not be refunded for any return.
Only originally priced items are eligible for a return. Any items purchased at a sale price will not be refunded. Gift cards are non-refundable.
A return for store credit may be offered in some instances. If you have specific product issues or are displeased with your purchase, please email us at info@arniesnaturals.com with further details and our customer service team will work with you to determine whether a store credit will be offered.
Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
If you are unable to locate your tracking number, please contact info@arniesnaturals.com and confirm your order number upon outreach.
Please make sure the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly provided address and suggest that you contact your local mail office or visit their website. We will not re-ship a package if the address listed on the original order was incorrectly provided.
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If the mail carrier is unable to deliver to your address, please contact your local office to arrange pickup or delivery accordingly. If you think your package has been stolen, please contact your mail carrier to file a claim.
Damaged Shipments or Incorrect Orders
Our team makes every effort to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and are delivered in quality condition. However, if you have issues with an order, please reach out to info@arniesnaturals.com as soon as your order is received and be sure to include your order number upon outreach. If your order contains multiple products, please confirm which product(s) were either received incorrectly or damaged upon receipt.
All claims for incorrect orders or damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a full description of the damage, along with photos in your email.
